This project includes a new central academic library for the University's Scarborough Campus, a new 500-seat lecture and performance theatre and a Class A Art Gallery. It comprises 28,000 square feet of renovated space and 88,000 square feet of new construction. The program incorporates stacks, study spaces for 665, a teaching and learning centre, extensive collections management and circulation areas, an Advising and Career Centre, and support offices.
