Bob Goyeche
Bob has over 30 years of experience in the design and management of the firm’s academic, transit, municipal, culture and recreation projects. He joined RDHA in 1987, became a principal in 1998 and was instrumental in directing the firm towards its current culture of design excellence. He is known as a good listener and effective leader who inspires those around him to achieve excellence in every aspect of project delivery. Projects led by Bob have been the recipient of over 70 regional, national and international design awards.

Tyler Sharp
Tyler is a Principal and Design Director of RDHA. His work has received over 50 major design awards, including the 2014 Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) Young Architect Medal, the 2012 & 2014 Governor General’s Medals for Architecture, and the 2018 RAIC Architecture Firm Award. Tyler joined RDHA in 2005 to help begin a transformation of the practice and establish RDHA has one of Canada’s leading design firms. Tyler’s projects include: the Bloor/Gladstone District Library; the Hamilton Central Library and Farmers’ Market; the Mississauga Public Library project; the Waterdown Library and Civic Centre; the Idea Exchange Old Post Office; and the Springdale Library and Komagata Maru Park. Tyler’s work has been widely published in local, national, and international publications.

Geoff Miller
Geoff joined RDHA in 2008 and is responsible for many of the studio’s sustainable design projects that have received LEED certification. He has designed sophisticated and award winning industrial, transit, recreational, office and post-secondary education projects, including the Town of Newmarket’s Operation Centre & Works Yard that was the recipient of a Canadian Architect Award of Excellence, and a Governor General’s Medal for Architecture. Geoff was an inaugural member of the Hurontario LRT Design Excellence Conformance Review Panel (DXCRP).
Senior Technical Compliance Manager

Momin Hoq
Momin joined RDHA in 1988 and became a Principal in 2007. He stepped down as Principal in 2020 and remains with the studio as Senior Technical Compliance Manager. He has played a senior role as project architect and contract administrator on a wide range of academic, transportation, recreation, and secure buildings, including Canadian Chanceries in Dhaka Bangladesh and Abuja Nigeria. Momin is a leader in project management, scheduling, code analysis, technical compliance and building science.
