This office project is a new studio location for the Toronto based firm RDH Architects. The scope of work included the full gut and transformation of the first two floors on the existing structure, creating roughly 4000 square feet of area to provide space for: 28 work stations; a boardroom; three small meeting rooms; a collaboration bar; a kitchen; three washrooms; a server room; mechanical; a sample storage area; a specifications and book library; and the opening up and restoration of the front facade.
